    In order to comply with federal and state mandates and ensure a healthy, resilient, and secure water system, this eight-year capital improvement project to update the Washington Park reservoir
    site in the West Hills of Portland is underway.

    Parkrose Middle School

    A new 140,000 square foot, two-story building was built to replace the existing 50+ year old school.

    Portland International Airport


    Carlson provided the special inspection and materials testing for the Port of Portland’s new Headquarters building at the Portland International Airport.

    Carlson provided the special inspection and materials testing for the Providence Park Expansion Project.

    Oregon State Hospital

    Carlson participated on the new Oregon State Hospital in Salem, Oregon which included the renovation and remodel of the historic Krikbride Building.

    We have provided special inspections and materials testing for numerous dams, fish ladders, bypasses, and structural upgrades for the US Army Corps of Engineers.
